How should I bring samples to the laboratory?
Depending on the parameter to be analysed, please send samples without exceeding the storage method and holding times listed under Sample Storage Conditions.
Where can I find your scope? Which analyses do you perform?
Our scopes are listed in our authorization certificate and accreditation certificate. Please contact our team for details.
How do I receive analysis reports?
As soon as your analyses are completed and reviewed by our quality unit, they are reported and sent to you by courier / e-mail.
How can I deliver samples to you?
You can hand-deliver samples or send them by courier. Contact us for details.
Is measurement uncertainty included in the results?
If requested at the sampling / delivery stage, uncertainty values will be stated in your report. Please contact our team for details.
